NHI announces 2015 Collegiate World Series sites and dates
The third in the trilogy of NHI programs for high school students, the Collegiate World Series, focuses on the college admissions process — and yet, it doesn’t have college as its sole goal. Rather, the program seeks to make students aware of the importance in civic engagement while in college and beyond.
This year’s CWS programs traverse the nation, starting with the Northeast CWS on July 8-12, at Cabrini College in Radnor, Penn., near Philadelphia. The International CWS, taking place from July 17 to 21, brings students from a number of nations across the Western Hemisphere to the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. Then, from July 30 to August 3, the Texas CWS will be hosted by the University of North Texas in Denton, a growing city within reach of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
For more information about the Collegiate World Series, and why it’s an important program for NHI students who want to take what they’ve learned about leadership into college life, visit the CWS page on the NHI website.
